Residential Water Damage Restoration in Green
Most of our work in Green is residential. We handle everything from a small ceiling leak in a Downtown Green bungalow to a full basement flood in a Green Township colonial. The housing stock here is a mix of older homes and newer builds, and each has its own water damage risks. Older homes have cast iron drains and original sump pits. Newer homes have finished basements and PEX plumbing that can fail quietly. We know both. We treat your home like our own, and we do not leave until the structure is dry.
- Basement flood cleanup — Basement flooding is our most common residential call in Green. We extract the water, remove wet materials, and dry the space with air movers and dehumidifiers. We also check the sump pump and discharge line to prevent it from happening again.
- Burst pipe water cleanup — A burst pipe in a Green home can release hundreds of gallons. We shut the water, extract, and dry the walls and ceiling. We use thermal imaging to find hidden moisture so we do not miss anything.
- Ceiling water damage cleanup — Ceiling leaks are common in older Green homes with original plumbing. We open the ceiling just enough to dry the cavity, then set drying equipment. We document everything for your insurance claim.
- Crawl space water removal — Crawl spaces near Portage Lakes stay damp because of the high water table. We remove standing water, install vapor barrier, and dry the joists and subfloor. If we find mold, we handle remediation under Ohio Department of Health guidelines.
